Mandate: To make a positive contribution to affecting changes to the commercial, technical and regulatory environment in which the home and property inspector professionals work.

Discipline & Professional Practices Committees

Mandate: To consider any complaint from the public about a member and to investigate and consider the conduct of any member. Inquire whether any member has committed any infringement of the bylaws, or has been guilty of conduct, unbecoming to a PHPIO member.

Certification Council

Mandate: The Certification Council is responsible for reviewing all membership applications received, recording and tracking Members who are National Certificate Holders, assessing and reporting the appropriate membership level of all other applicants.
