PHPIO is pleased to announce that the National Certification Authority (NCA) has reduced application fees. PHPIO congratulates the NCA for continuing to find ways to make it more attractive and less costly for Canadian home inspectors to become National Certificate Holders.
The reduction in fees was largely prompted by suggestions from members of the PHPIO Board of Directors who also sit on the NCA. Now that PHPIO has a formal Equivalency Agreement in place with the NCA, PHPIO members can enjoy the lowest fees available in the program.
PHPIO members can now apply to become National certificate Holders for only $500. instead of the previous amount of $600.
Therefore PHPIO members, automatically save $150. off the NCP application fee. This almost fully covers the annual PHPIO membership fee, and as a PHPIO member, inspectors enjoy not only the membership benefits, but they are provided with advice and help that is not available to any other inspectors.
The fee comparison below for the next ten years illustrates how cost effective it will be to join PHPIO.
