Northern Ontario PHPIO and National Certificate Holders serving Northern Ontario Listing Last Updated: 5/27/2010 PHPI (Professional Home and Property Inspector): The PHPI credential is an earned credential signifying that the member has met the rigorous requirements of PHPIO and the National Certification Authority (NCA) and is a National Certificate Holder in good standing. The NCA number listed in the table is the certificate number assigned to the home inspector by the National Certification Authority after they have achieved the status of National Certificate Holder. Provisional Members are members who have completed the education and background review portion of PHPIO's membership requirements but have not fulfilled the field-testing portion. They must successfully pass a TIPR (Test Inspection with Peer Review) to achieve the PHPI designation and National Certificate Holder credential within 6 months of their application for membership. Candidate Members are members who are in the process of completing the educational and practical requirements of PHPIO's membership. Kapuskasing Area:
